Daphne Kohlman Chief Operating Officer

Daphne has been with Rubicon since its formation in 2001. She is responsible for the financial and operational activities of the company. Daphne plays a key role in designing Rubicon’s policies and procedures, financial reporting as well as underwriting and modeling new business.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Daphne was the Director of Operations for Spieker Properties where she was responsible for the Sacramento region’s portfolio. She also worked for 4 years as a Regional Administrator in Spieker’s corporate headquarters in Menlo Park. Daphne has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including financial analysis, property management, asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Daphne has a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State.
